We did it! The Kickstarter campaign for the PixelMug S1 Series has officially concluded, and we are absolutely thrilled to announce that thanks to your incredible support, we reached an amazing $400,000 milestone!
Because of this, Stretch Goal #6(Home Assistant Integration) is officially unlocked! All unlocked physical stretch goal rewards will be included with eligible backer orders and shipped together. If you backed our campaign on Kickstarter, please keep an eye on your inbox for the following next steps:
1. Kickstarter Payment Processing (Next 7 Days)
Over the next 7 days, Kickstarter will process the payment for your pledge.
- Action Required: If there is any issue with your card, Kickstarter will email you to update your payment information. We will also send you a reminder message on Kickstarter. Please ensure your payment method is up-to-date within this window to secure your reward.
2. Backer Survey (Shipping Information)
Once Kickstarter finalizes all campaign orders, we will prepare the Backer Survey to collect your shipping address and custom preferences. We will post an update and email you as soon as the survey is ready to be filled out.
3. VIP Backers — Important Matching Reminder
If the email you used for your VIP deposit is different from your Kickstarter account email, please send us a direct message on Kickstarter containing your VIP deposit email. This will help us manually match your reservation and arrange your VIP discount difference refund.
