Shipping policy

All goods are inspected and sealed before delivery to avoid damage.

No restocking fee will be charged to the consumers in the event a product is returned.

PixelMug will always keep you updated on your order status via email. Orders cannot be canceled once they have left our warehouse.

Shipping Cost

The exact shipping cost will be calculated on the checkout page. We provide free shipping for orders over $79, excluding sales tax.

US Shipping

Standard shipping takes 5-9 business days. Every customer will receive an email with shipping updates & tracking numbers when their order ships.

International Shipping

We are currently shipping within the United States, Canada, & Europe. Orders shipping internationally can take between 15 to 25 business days to arrive. Exact shipping windows will be displayed at checkout. We currently do not offer expedited shipping internationally. 

For specific delivery addresses, please refer to the product specifications and delivery area information provided on the sales platform.

 

Please note that delivery dates are estimates only. Additional charges may be added for shipping addresses in remote locations. We do not deliver to P.O. box addresses.
